 We are a Community Market based on the Southside of Canberra specialising in “Local Art & Craft” plus quality home produce and new and second-hand goods.

OPENING TIMES:

• All markets will be held on a Saturday – specific dates listed below
• We will be open from 10am – 2pm
• Stallholders have access to set up from 9am on market day
• Stalls must be ready by 10am when the market is open to the public
• We are open to the public until 2pm (stalls must remain in place until that time)
• Stallholders must be packed-up and vacated by 3pm

• $25 for sites that are pre-booked and paid for in advance
• $30 for sites paid for on the day
• First in best dressed – indoor sites will fill fast you must book and pre-pay for your site to secure your spot (there also plenty of spots under the verandah and trees)

Liska Treasures - beaded necklace

Based in the Canberra region, Liska Treasures is a small business created by two people who found that having a passion for creating beautiful, unique and affordable pieces of jewellery for themselves could possibly turn into a viable business.

After numerous requests from co-workers and family, Lisa and Karen decided to try the market by offering their handcrafted pieces for sale via home presentations and the local market scene.  They have found a niche in the market by offering a service where their pieces are fully customisable, which has, up until now, been overlooked by many of the larger jewellery businesses.

Liska caters for all ages and tastes and prides itself on the varied items it produces using quality products sourced from Australia and Thailand.

Liska also caters for weddings or any other formal occasions, and can work with you to create that special piece for your big event.  They offer great deals on bridal packages – bride, bridesmaids, mother of the bride, mother of the groom, etc.  If you see something in their range that you like but would rather a different colour, or if something is in gold and you’d rather it in silver, etc., they can certainly help you out.  They offer a full customised service.
